Welcome to ECR – delivering benefits to consumers

Over 4,000 people from across 40 countries have benefited from the best practice developed by Efficient Consumer Response (UK). By taking an industry approach, it has led to a more efficient grocery supply chain, focused on delivering benefits to consumers.

IGD manages ECR in the UK, involving over 100 individuals from across 40 businesses to spearhead high profile activities.

Bringing people together in this way enables us to develop practical solutions that deliver meaningful change in areas such as on-shelf availability, sustainable distribution practices and retail packaging. Use the menu on the left to see our areas of expertise.
